Komorné spevácke teleso VOCES GREGORIANAE CASSOVIENSES (VGC) vzniklo v roku 2011. Cieľom založenia zboru bolo sprítomňovať tradíciu gregoriánskeho spevu a prispieť k zachovať tohto kultúrno-hudobného dedičstva, ktoré napriek tomu, že malo počas mnohých storočí dominantné postavenie, postupne sa vytráca z povedomia dnešného človeka.
Teleso tvorí jedenásť speváčok, ktoré interpretujú tento žáner monodickej hudby na základe semiologických štúdií a paleografického výskumu. Aktivity zboru sa sústreďujú prevažne na koncertnú činnosť. V pomerne krátkom čase svojho pôsobenia sa VGC etablovalo medzi európske spevácke telesá, interpretujúce tento hudobný žáner. VGC pravidelne účinkuje na domácich a zahraničných medzinárodným festivaloch a hudobných podujatiach. Okrem monodického spevu sa zbor venuje aj polyfónii. Na svojich koncertoch často ponúka poslucháčom zaujímavé prieniky a spojenia starej hudby s novodobou a súčasnou. Jeho zakladateľom a umeleckým vedúcim je Ján Veľbacký, odborník na teóriu a interpretáciu gregoriánskeho spevu.

The vocal ensemble VOCES GREGORIANAE CASSOVIENSES is focused on the repertoire of Gregorian chant. It was founded in 2011 by Ján Veľbacký, an expert in the theory and interpretation of Gregorian chant who also works as an artistic director of the choir. The purpose of this ensemble is first of all to revive the medieval traditions of the sacred chant which is gradually disappearing from the consciousness of today's man. One of the main objectives of this ensemble is to preserve cultural and musical heritage, which had a dominant position over many centuries.
